Staten Island Council for Animal Welfare Certificate Program

The Staten Island Council for Animal Welfare (SICAW) has a low cost spay/neuter certificate program in partnership with several Veterinarians on Staten Island. With this program, you can pay less than half the price normally charged for spay/neuter services. The cost of certificates generally includes an examination, surgery and anesthesia.

Vaccinations and/or medications, if necessary, are not included. Please note that some hospitals do not offer a free exam and some may not allow the special rate for purebred animals. Check with the Veterinarian prior to ordering a certificate.

Friends of Animals (FoA) Spay/Neuter Certificate Program Pet owners may purchase a low-cost certificate from Friends of Animals that can be used for a routine spay/neuter surgery at any of FoA’s participating veterinary hospitals in NYC.
