2 years 0 months. Rex gets rave reviews from his rescuer and foster! "Friendliest cat I've ever met," "very playful!" "likes to be the little spoon!" What could be better?
Rex was rescued in the south Bronx, clearly struggling to find food. He must have been an indoor cat previously. Back indoors, Rex enjoys playing and lounging. He takes his job as cat seriously and will greet you at the door when you come home.
Rex gets along with mellow, non-alpha cats. He can also be your one-and-only cat.
Rex is FIV positive and FeLV negative. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is a bloodborne immune disorder that affects cats, weakening their immune system over time. Cats with FIV more susceptible to various illnesses and infections. Many cats with the virus can live long and healthy lives with the right care, such as regular vet visits, a nutritious diet, and protection from stress and other infections.
He's up to date on shots, and neutered. Come see him at Petco Union Square!
