This cute, small, gentle guy was dumped at a vet's office, who then contacted a rescuer to make sure Popeye had a chance at adoption. Popeye is a very typical cat. He loves his person but he can also be independent. He is generally quiet and likes lounging around but he has times when he is playful. He is very affectionate with people and is curious about other cats. He has gotten along with most of the other cats in his foster home, and with a small dog. He would be fine as a single if a person is home frequently or as a companion for another cat. After lounging around with his person, Popeye's favorite thing is hanging out on the windowsill and watching the world go by. Popeye is FIV and FeLV negative, spayed, and up to date on shots.
