Poor adorable Shadow was looking for a job as a deli cat and was rescued! Good thing--times are tough out there! Sweet and affectionate, Shadow is happy sitting next to you or on your lap, but she's really not so fond of being picked up. Shadow spent many months in kitten school, learning to be less fearful. Now she's a happy little sprite and looking to be your shadow! This girl is probably best with an experienced cat owner, or one who doesn't mind occasional slip-ups on her part--she's still in that "love-bite" stage. She's young and active and will need playtime. She doesn't like other cats or dogs, and she wouldn't be a good match for a family with small children, although older children should be fine.
