Father and son, short-haired and long-haired, orange and black, they are like yin and yang in the world of cats! Mama, Papa, and Leon all lived together since kittenhood. Mama had several litters before their owner reached out to KittyKind, who helped get them all fixed and adopted out Mama�s last litter. Then, hard times forced their person to have to surrender the adults: Mama (a 5-year-old long haired beauty, listed separately for adoption); Leon (a 5-year-old orange tabby male); and Papa (confusingly named!), the 3-year-old long-haired son of this pair. These cats are truly the sweetest cats! Leon and Papa, although not always showing their deep bond, were so distraught when they were first brought to KittyKind and placed temporarily in separate foster homes that they went on a hunger strike, until they were re-united! They absolutely MUST be adopted and stay together. These boys enjoy are an entertaining pair, with moderate energy, who both like to run around and play � until it's time for a good nap. Most of all, they love attention and affection. Once they know you, in short time, each boy likes nothing more than to lay on his side, get a good belly rub, and purr away! When you settle into bed, here they come, keeping you company until you fall asleep. Papa loves having his long locks brushed while he snuggles next to you, while his daddy waits his turn for some petting. Leon will also go over to his son and start grooming him. Well-behaved boys (they use their scratch posts), they wear their hearts on their sleeves (so to speak) and deserve the love and devotion that a truly forever home can bring.
