Fred showed up on a city sidewalk one evening, going up to people and brightening their day with his demands for pets and offering purrs in return. Fred very much thinks he's people, and he's very social, friendly, and affectionate. He's the sort of friend everyone needs in their life! Like many extroverts, Fred thrives on attention, and he needs to be in a home where his enthusiasm will be appreciated, and where at least one person is home frequently. He'd do best with people who work from home most of the time, and who enjoy having a pal who likes to know what they're up to.
