Carlos, affectionately known as Carlito, is an energetic boy who was found starving and scared. Most cats who are stray since birth are not skinny or scared, so we suspect he had a home at one point. Once sweet Carlito was rescued, he showed his playful, comedic, and affectionate side. He's always in the mood for a game or a chat. He sometimes gets overstimulated during play, so he might best with an experienced cat owner. Carlos is FIV and FeLV negative, neutered, and up-to-date on shots.
